Ask Your Network Anything. Across Every Vendor.
The AI layer that makes your network talk.
Your best engineer's reach, extended to every operator.
The answer to almost every network question already exists, trapped across a dozen tools and a hundred per-vendor CLIs. Network Copilot is a conversational, agentic assistant that ingests your multi-vendor network, reasons over it with a private LLM, and takes governed action, inventory, health checks, root-cause analysis, security audits, upgrade compliance, ticketing.
Every answer arrives with its evidence attached, retrieved from your own data, not the public internet. The result: your whole team operates at the level of your best engineer, by asking, not scripting.
Built on the Aviz Autonomous Agentic Platform, vendor-neutral, private, programmable. What you deploy for NetOps compounds across every team. Explore the AI Platform.
You No Longer Need the CLI. You Need the CLI.
Retire the Command-Line Interface, decades of per-vendor syntax only a few experts still remember. Adopt the Common Language Interface: one conversation with every device, controller, and data source you run.
One interface. Every vendor. No syntax required.
Ingest. Reason. Act.
How Network Copilot turns your multi-vendor network into answers and action.
Ingest
Connect switches, controllers, observability stacks, ticketing systems, and clouds, live telemetry and offline dumps, 20+ validated connectors.
Reason
Ask in plain language. A private LLM, grounded by retrieval over your data, answers with root cause and the supporting evidence.
Act
Generate the report, open the ticket, run the audit, verify the change, inside role-based guardrails, approval gates on anything state-changing.
Grounded recommendations and governed action today; event-driven autonomous agents are on the roadmap.
Eight curated NetOps use cases
Productized, grounded workflows, not a blank prompt box. Documented, ready on day one, answerable in plain language.
Basic NetOps
Automate the routine checks that eat your mornings, health, interfaces, errors, reboots.
Flow Analytics
Full visibility into traffic flows, spot anomalies, find congestion, optimize performance.
Inventory Insights
Search your installed base by interface type, port speed, IP, hostname, or site.
Security Audits
Validate configuration against your own templates, checked continuously, not annually.
Support Knowledge Base
End-of-support dates, known vulnerabilities, and advisories matched to your hardware.
Upgrade Compliance
Track OS changes, run pre/post-upgrade checks, see upgrade impact with deltas documented.
Ticketing & Support
Open and update tickets in ServiceNow or Zendesk with root cause and evidence attached.
Observability
App usage and user quality-of-experience, what the network carries, and who feels it.
When the packaged use cases end, the platform begins. Network Copilot ships with prepackaged agents, plus the Aviz Agent SDK to build your own: memory-leak detection, log analysis, SONiC root-cause analysis, intent-drift detection, path analysis. Capture a senior engineer's playbook once; let every operator run it. Browse reference agents.
20+ validated connectors. Seven categories.
Plus multi-vendor device collectors for config, telemetry, flows, and offline dumps, across Cisco NX-OS/IOS-XE/IOS-XR, Arista EOS, SONiC, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and NVIDIA Cumulus Linux.

Grounded answers. Evidence attached. Infrastructure you own.
Hardware vendors bundle copilots that act only on their own gear. SaaS AIOps platforms are multi-vendor, but your telemetry leaves for someone else's LLM. Network Copilot is built differently on both axes.
| The question to ask any vendor | Network Copilot's answer |
|---|---|
| Does the AI work across all my vendors? | Vendor-neutral by design, reasons and acts across Cisco NX-OS, Arista EOS, SONiC, NVIDIA Cumulus Linux, and the tools around them. |
| Where does my data and my LLM run? | Your infrastructure, a private LLM on your own GPUs, on-prem or air-gapped. Telemetry never leaves, never trains someone else's model. |
| Are the answers real or plausible? | Retrieval-grounded, every answer grounded in your config, telemetry, flows, logs, and tickets. Root cause with receipts. |
| What happens when the AI wants to act? | Governed action, RBAC, approval gates, project-scoped isolation, full audit visibility. |
| Can my team build on it? | Programmable, the Aviz Agent SDK turns your team's playbooks into governed, reusable agents. |
| How am I priced? | On value, term licensing, not metered per token, per device, per flow, or per agent run. |

Priced on value. Deployed on your terms.
Term licenses, scoped to three network-size tiers, not metered per token, per flow, or per agent run. Every tier gets the same eight curated use cases and the same connector catalog; the tier just scales with your fleet.
Smaller Networks
Every curated use case and connector, full capability from day one.
Growing Networks
The same use cases and connectors, with more headroom as you grow.
Enterprise Scale
The same product, engineered to keep pace with your busiest networks.
All three tiers ship the same eight curated use cases and the same 20+ validated connectors, the tier reflects your network's size, not what the product can do.
Need something beyond the eight curated use cases?
Add custom-built agents scoped to your environment, or an “agent pack” purpose-built for a specific use case, layered on top of any tier via the Aviz Agent SDK and your Aviz team.
Deploy it your way.
On-prem
Run the platform and the LLM inside your data center, on your GPUs.
Air-gapped
Fully disconnected deployment for classified and isolated environments.
Hybrid
Your deployment, with the LLM hosted by Aviz.
Bring your own LLM
Point the platform at the model endpoint you already trust.

Common questions
The most-asked questions from teams evaluating Network Copilot for their multi-vendor networks.
Does my data leave my environment?
No. Deploy on-prem or fully air-gapped with a private LLM running on your own GPUs. Your prompts and telemetry stay inside your environment and never train someone else's model. A hybrid option with an Aviz-hosted LLM is available where that fits your posture.
Do I have to use your LLM?
No. Network Copilot is LLM-agnostic: run a private model on your own infrastructure, use the Aviz-hosted option, or bring your own model endpoint. You choose where inference runs.
Which network vendors are supported?
Multi-vendor by design: Cisco NX-OS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, Arista EOS, SONiC, Palo Alto and Fortinet FW OS, and NVIDIA Cumulus Linux, with more platforms in development, plus device collectors (SSH config, SNMP telemetry, sFlow/NetFlow/IPFIX, offline dumps) and 20+ validated connectors.
Can my team build custom automation?
Yes. The Aviz Agent SDK (ncp-sdk on PyPI) lets your engineers build agents in Python, custom tools, multi-agent workflows, memory, MCP integration, and publish them with role-based governance. Your automation stays your IP.
Does it change my network on its own?
No. Today Network Copilot recommends, reports, and tickets, grounded in evidence. Any state-changing action runs through your role-based approval gates. Broader autonomous, event-driven agents are on the roadmap, inheriting the same governance.
How is it priced?
On value, not per device, per flow, or per agent run. Talk to us for a quote scoped to your environment.
