His leadership in large-scale data center transformations demonstrates his ability to navigate complex technical environments and drive successful implementations. Currently, he is at the helm of Customer Success at Aviz, where he plays a crucial role in making SONiC/ Open Networking and generative AI technologies accessible to a broad audience.
Ravi Kumar, Sr. Solution Architect, Aviz Networks
Ravi Kumar is a skilled Network Engineer with extensive experience in routing and switching, specializing in BGP EVPN within Datacenter Overlay networks. He is proficient in the installation and upgrade of LAN/WAN and Cloud Infrastructure, with a deep understanding of layer 2 and layer 3 protocols including TCP/IP, VLAN, VxLAN, MLAG, VRRP, RSTP, EtherChannel (LACP & PAGP), ECMP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and IPv6 Dual-Stacking. Ravi Kumar has hands-on experience with Data-Center Nexus 9K, Nexus 3K, Catalyst 2960, Alcatel 7750 SR, Alcatel 7705 SAR, Dell EMC N & S series L3 switches, and Cisco ASA firewalls. He is always staying updated on the latest technologies.
